Filter subscribers are notified by email before the next shipment is scheduled to be processed.

We hate to see you go, but if you must…

You can cancel your filter subscription on our website or by emailing orders@myhomefilter.com. Please note, your filter subscription is not canceled until you confirm the cancellation. When you cancel, we will deliver an email confirming the cancellation within 24 hours.

Please note, our Return Policy will be applied to a subscription order when it’s received by the shipping carrier.
